١. البيانات التي نجمعها

عند استخدامك للتطبيق قد نقوم بجمع البيانات التالية:

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، تاريخ الميلاد أو الفئة العمرية.
• بيانات ولي الأمر: اسم ولي الأمر وبيانات التواصل معه، عند تسجيل المشتركين دون سن الثامنة عشرة.
• بيانات التسجيل في البرامج: المعلومات المطلوبة لاستكمال التسجيل في البرامج الحضورية، مثل بيانات الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ وأي متطلبات صحية أو تنظيمية يلزم توفيرها.
• بيانات الدفع: تتم معالجة عمليات الدفع عبر مزودي خدمات دفع معتمدين، ولا نقوم بتخزين بيانات البطاقات البنكية على أنظمتنا.
• بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات تقنية عن الجهاز والتطبيق (نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، سجل التقدم في الدورات) بهدف تحسين الخدمة.

٢. خصوصية الأطفال وموافقة ولي الأمر

نظرًا لأن برامجنا موجهة للفتية والفتيات، فإن تسجيل أي مشترك دون سن الثامنة عشرة يتطلب موافقة ولي الأمر وإشرافه. ويقر ولي الأمر عند إتمام التسجيل بموافقته على جمع بيانات المشترك ومعالجتها وفق هذه السياسة.

يحق لولي الأمر في أي وقت الاطلاع على بيانات ابنه أو ابنته المسجلة لدينا، أو طلب تعديلها أو حذفها، وذلك بالتواصل معنا عبر قنوات التواصل الموضحة أدناه.

٣. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• إنشاء الحساب وإدارته وتمكينك من الوصول إلى الدورات والبرامج.
• إتمام عمليات التسجيل والدفع وإصدار الفواتير والإشعارات المتعلقة بها.
• التواصل معك أو مع ولي الأمر بشأن مواعيد البرامج والتحديثات المهمة.
• متابعة تقدم المشترك في البرامج التعليمية والتربوية.
• تحسين التطبيق والخدمات وتطوير المحتوى.
• الالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية المعمول بها في سلطنة عُمان.

٤. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نتاجر بها. وقد نشارك البيانات في نطاق ضيق مع:

• مزودي الخدمات التقنية (الاستضافة، معالجة المدفوعات، الإشعارات) بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق، مع إلزامهم بالحفاظ على سرية البيانات.
• المشرفين والمدربين المعتمدين لدينا، بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ البرامج التعليمية والحضورية.
• الجهات الرسمية إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك.

٥. حماية البيانات وتخزينها

نطبق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو سوء الاستخدام. ونحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة الحاجة إليها لتقديم الخدمة أو للوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية، ثم يتم حذفها أو إخفاء هويتها.

٦. حقوقك

• طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية المسجلة لدينا.
• طلب تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة أو تحديثها.
• طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك، مع مراعاة ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونًا.
• إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل التسويقية في أي وقت.

٧. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. وسيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو عبر بيانات التواصل المسجلة لديك، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقةً على السياسة المعدلة.

1. Data We Collect

When you use the app, we may collect the following data:

• Account data: name, phone number, email address, and date of birth or age group.
• Parent/guardian data: the guardian’s name and contact details when registering participants under the age of eighteen.
• Program registration data: information required to complete registration for in-person programs, such as emergency contact details and any health or organizational requirements that must be provided.
• Payment data: payments are processed through certified payment service providers. We do not store bank card details on our systems.
• Usage data: technical information about the device and app (device type, operating system, course progress records) for the purpose of improving the service.

2. Children’s Privacy and Parental Consent

As our programs are designed for boys and girls, the registration of any participant under the age of eighteen requires the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. By completing the registration, the guardian acknowledges their consent to the collection and processing of the participant’s data in accordance with this policy.

A parent or guardian may, at any time, review the data of their child registered with us, or request its correction or deletion, by contacting us through the channels listed below.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Creating and managing your account and enabling access to courses and programs.
• Completing registration and payment processes and issuing related invoices and notifications.
• Communicating with you or the guardian regarding program schedules and important updates.
• Tracking the participant’s progress in educational programs.
• Improving the app, services, and content.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the Sultanate of Oman.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We may share data on a limited basis with:

• Technical service providers (hosting, payment processing, notifications) to the extent necessary to operate the app, under confidentiality obligations.
• Our authorized supervisors and instructors, to the extent necessary to deliver the educational and in-person programs.
• Official authorities, where required by law.

5. Data Protection and Retention

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your Rights

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or updating of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data, subject to any data we are legally required to retain.
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes through the app or via your registered contact details. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
